With our method any unit based data can be synced to the layouts. This eliminates the need for comparing long excel sheets with architectural plans. Units and other elements on the layouts can be conditional colored to support a “first-glance” understanding of the asset.
We work with many types of data, such as:
- data from TRM systems to support the evaluation of present tenant mix
- data from lease agents to visualize lease plans, comparing different time lapses and scenarios
- technical and operational data (eg. to support complex energy saving capex projects)
Due to confidentiality, the demo video represents a fictional shopping center. It features some well-known KPIs, but the method can be applied to any other available data type.
