Lambda coordinates the development of a large real estate portfolio (including 14 previous Tesco hypermarkets)
A Lambda is responsible for
• setting up key retail projects
• outsourcing design and project management tasks
• coordinate technical negotiations with key tenants (40+ premises from 400-5000 m2)
• concept design of retail projects including cost estimations
• development of technical standards such as lease agreement, tenant manual, communication protocols
• thorough revision of gross leasable area
• development of smart layouts – an integrated CAD based unit database synced with asset management system
KÖKI SHOPPING CENTER DEVELOPMENT – 2020-2024
Lambda provides a wide range of services to the Developer (Adventum International) in the project of relaunching Köki Terminal Shopping Center.
As an internal consultant Lambda is responsible for

• development and enrollment of cloud based project portfolio management system
• development of technical standards such as lease agreement, tenant manual, communication protocols

ALLEE SHOPPING CENTER REFURBISHMENT – 2020
Lambda provided tenant coordination and project management services with regards to key tenants (as a partner of Forestay Project Management Kft. to Multi Corporation, owner of Allee shopping center).
AUCHAN STORES – 2020
Lambda provided tenant coordination and project management services for Ceetrus Hungary (property manager of stores in Auchan hypermarkets) as a partner of Tomlin Kft.
WESTEND SHOPPING CENTER – 2019
Lambda provided project management services in the passage ceiling refurbishment project.
OTHER REFERENCES
Prior to launching Lambda in 2019, the founder and executive manager, Mr. Domonkos Bakay, certified architect, gained expertise in tenant coordination and project management. He was responsible for hotel and shopping center development projects and acted as Head of Project Management and Engineering Department of Westend Property Management Ltd. in Budapest, Hungary. In this function he was responsible for fit-out, technical capex and development projects for a 200 000 sqm mixed used City Center (Retail, Hilton, Office).
